Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to manage and maintain the complete IT infrastructure of our growing IoT & Software company. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, IT hardware, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, and Network Security.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Microsoft 365.
Deploy and manage AWS/Azure Cloud services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Backup, Monitoring).
Configure and manage VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox virtualisation.
Diagnose and repair Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Biometric Devices, CCTV, UPS, and other IT peripherals.
Perform hardware upgrades, OS installation, driver installation, preventive maintenance, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Ensure IT security through Firewall, Antivirus, Patch Management, Backup, and Disaster Recovery.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and provide L2/L3 technical support.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CCNA-level Networking (Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN).
Windows Server & Linux Administration.
AWS/Azure Cloud Administration.
VMware/Hyper-V Virtualisation.
Microsoft 365 Administration.
Desktop/Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair.
Printer Installation, Configuration, & Troubleshooting.
Basic Hardware Diagnostics & Component Replacement.
Cybersecurity fundamentals.
Backup & Disaster Recovery.
Basic Docker/Kubernetes knowledge (Preferred).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

RHCSA/RHCE (Preferred)
Experience
5-6 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Server Administration, Cloud, and IT Hardware Support.
Preferred Industry: IoT, Software, SaaS, or IT Services.
