We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized HR cum Marketing & Administration Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions, support business development and marketing initiatives, and oversee day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a professional environment.
## Key Responsibilities
## Human Resources
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Prepare payroll-related data and coordinate with payroll processing.
Handle PF and ESI registrations, monthly filings, statutory compliance, and related documentation.
Ensure timely compliance with labour laws and other applicable statutory requirements.
Assist in performance appraisal, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Marketing & Business Development
Generate business leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Manage the company's social media presence and digital marketing activities.
Organize client meetings, seminars, and promotional events.
Maintain CRM/database and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams.
Manage office inventory, stationery, and procurement.
Arrange meetings, travel, and office events.
Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records.

Excellent spoken and written English with a soft-spoken, confident, and professional personality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of PF & ESI compliances, monthly filings, employee registrations, and statutory procedures.
Working knowledge of payroll processing and HR statutory compliance.
Excellent client-handling and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
##Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing will be an added advantage.
##Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of immediate past experience in HR, Marketing, and Administration.
Hands-on experience in PF & ESI filings and labour law compliances is mandatory.
Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, professional services organization, or corporate office will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
