Full Stack Engineer (AI Growth Platform) – 3+ Years Experience Bangalore

##Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing engineering team. You will help build and scale AI-powered products that automate and accelerate business growth. You will work on customer-facing applications, AI workflows, experimentation systems, analytics platforms, and growth automation tools.

##Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Build intuitive and high-performance user interfaces using modern web technologies.
Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices that power AI-driven workflows.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and AI teams to deliver impactful features.
Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services.
Build systems for experimentation, campaign automation, analytics, and reporting.
Implement robust data pipelines and performance monitoring systems.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and documented code.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

##Required Skills

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Familiarity with AI technologies like Claude Code, Codex, and using them for day-to-day work.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js.
Experience with Node.js and backend API development.
Solid understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
Understanding of scalable application architecture and cloud-based deployments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

##Preferred Skills

Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and workflow orchestration.
Experience with Python for AI and automation use cases.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues.

Experience working on SaaS products.
